This website allows you to book my services directly.
I provide information about the tours that are listed on my website, either pre reservation or post reservation.
A reservation is only valid when accepted and confirmed by myself.
Any agreed requested changes to the date or time of a reserved tour will be confirmed by myself.
Client contact information is retained on my database unless requested to unsubscribe.
Orders and Payments
Reservation requests are confirmed upon full payment.
Cancellations Policy
Any cancellation made by myself due to unforeseen circumstances or for reasons beyond my control will be advised at the earliest opportunity, and either a replacement guide will be sought or a full refund issued at the earliest opportunity.
Any cancellation made by the client due to unforeseen circumstances or for reasons beyond their control must be advised at the earliest opportunity.
Any cancellations made by the client more than 72 hours before the time and date of time of a reservation in the time zone of the tour, will mean they shall receive a full refund at the earliest opportunity.
Any cancellations made by the client between 12 and 72 hours before the time and date of time of a reservation in the time zone of the tour, will mean they shall receive a 50% refund at the earliest opportunity.
Any cancellation made by the client less than 12 hours before the time and date of time of a reservation in the time zone of the tour, will result in no refund.
